Upon his arrival at Expo City Dubai, the summit venue, President Erdoğan was welcomed by President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Secretary-General António Guterres of the United Nations (UN). The leaders attended the opening programme after the family photo.
